Open Shifts Feature
A new feature ‘Open Shifts’ has been added to the Epicor Scheduling+ application that will allow the employees to self-schedule themselves while saving the manager's time spent on considering which specific employee he wants to work the job.
The changes made in the application to facilitate our users with this functionality are briefly described below.
Shift Drop/Swap Feature
A new feature called Shift Drop/Swap is added in the Epicor Employee Scheduling Web app and Epicor S+ App for Mobile that will now enable an employee to:
- Drop a shift from his schedule to other employees of his store.
- Swap a shift from his schedule with another employee’s shift.
