Employee Overtime/Maximum Working Hours Alerts

The alert system can warn you when an employee is about to reach overtime or their maximum working hours threshold. You can customize the employee's maximum working hours per week on the Employment Information settings page.

To receive alerts when an employee is reaching their overtime limit select Alerts from the Settings drop-down menu.

From this menu, click on the +Add Alert button.

Select Max Working Hours as the Alert Type. You can then choose whether you want email or text alerts to be sent out.

Type in the number of minutes before an employee hits their max hours you want to be alerted. For example, if you want to be alerted an hour before then type in 60.

Select the drop-down menu to add one or more stores as the Scope of the Alert. If you want to select all stores as the scope of the alert, then select All.

You can select and search Recepients. You can add as many as you wish.

Select Save to save your changes.
