I am getting an "Error 500" message when logging into the application.

This error is usually caused by an issue with cookies. To verify whether or not it is a session cookie issue try opening the page in a private browser window (incognito mode in Chrome). If the page loads without incident then it is time to clear out those cookies... 

You can either delete all cookies, or just the cookies stored for the site (https://scheduling.epicorretailcloud.com/). Directions on clearing cookies for individual sites can be found by clicking on the links below.
