Managing Time Clock Reports

 

This article helps the user to manage the Time Clock Reports screen. Time Clock Reports give managers the ability to view certain relevant information about the work schedule of the employees.

 In this article, we will cover:

Viewing Time Clock Report

From the Reports screen, you can open different reports by selecting the appropriate option. The types of reports available on this screen are:

  • Absentees
  • Missed Punches
  • Late Clock Ins
  • Early Clock Ins
  • Early Clock Outs
  • Exceeding Scheduled Hours on a Day
  • Overtime in Interval
  • Average Paid Breaks
  • Meal Break Hours
  • Labor Statistics

To view these reports, follow the below steps:

From the Time Clock drop-down menu, select Reports. The system displays the Time Clock Reports screen.

Select the reports drown-down menu and select the desired report. Here, you can select the Filter Employee drop-down menu to get the report of a desired employee. Also, you can select the date rage drop-down to sort the report based on a desired date range. You can also select Custom Range to customize the date range to sort the report. After your selection, the system displays the Report. The types of reports are as follows:

Absentees

This report displays the list of absentees, date, and their schedule details.

Missed Punch

This report displays the list of employees who missed a punch.

Early Clock-In

This report displays the list of employees who had punched in early to their schedule.

Late Clock-In

This report displays the list of employees who had punched in late to their schedule.

Early Clock-out

This report displays the list of employees who had punched out early to their schedule.

Exceeding scheduled hours on a day

This report displays the list of employees who had punched out late or exceeded the scheduled hours of a day.

Overtime Hours in Interval

This report displays the overtime hours worked by employees for the selected interval.

Average Paid Breaks

This report displays the list of employees who had punched out and in regular breaks to their schedule.

Meal Break Hours

This report displays the mealtime information including the employees' scheduled and actual meal timings.

Labor Statistics 
This report provides a breakdown of Scheduled Hours, Actual Hours, Salaried Hours, Scheduled Costs, Actual Costs and PTO Costs for your employees.
Additionally, it gives an overview of your store's sales and budget-related statistics if the POS module is enabled for your store.

Editing and Exporting Time Clock Reports

Using the Reports screen, you can edit the time in/ time out values in the reports. Also, you can export any report in PDF or Excel format. To edit and export the report follow the below steps:
From the Time Clock drop-down menu, select Reports. The system displays the Time Clock Reports screen.
Select the desired report. For more information, see Viewing Time Clock Report.
Select the Edit Mode button and make the desired changes.

Select the Edit Mode button again to disable the edit mode from the report.
