Sending Task Alerts

Email alerts help employees to manage their scheduled tasks. You can send task alerts to your employees to let them know about their upcoming tasks.

To send email alerts, follow the below steps:

From the Menu Bar, select Tasks>Manage Task Cards. The system displays the Task Cards screen.

You can see the list of employee’s tasks here. Select Email at the top right corner of the screen to send email alerts to your employees with verified email addresses.

The system displays the Send Task Cards dialog box. Select Confirm to send Email task cards to selected/all employees for a specific date.
