Importing helps managers easily import employee schedules using a spreadsheet to quickly populate schedules. You can import schedules using the Import/Export screen under the Company Settings section and from the Manage Schedule screen.

Importing Schedules from the Import/Export Page
To import a schedule:
- From the menu bar, select the Settings icon. The system displays the Settings menu.
- From the Company Setting section, select Import/Export. The system displays the Company Settings Import/Export screen.
- Select the Import Schedules tab.
- If you do not have the sample file yet, select the Sample File hyperlink to download the file.
- Save and open the downloaded sample Excel file.
- Create the schedule for employee(s) by entering the following details in individual rows[DG1] .
- Employee Name
- Position
- Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Break Type
- Break Start
- Break End
- Store
- Save the updated Excel file.
- In the Company Settings Import/Export screen, select Choose File. The system displays the file manager window of your computer.
- Browse and select the updated schedule Excel file from your computer.
- Select Open.
- Select Import. The application uploads the updated file and displays the status.
This completes importing schedules for your employees. You can now modify imported schedules from the Manage Schedule page as needed.
Importing Schedules from the Manage Schedule Page
You can import schedules from the Manage Schedule page of the Scheduling+ application. To import schedules:
- From the menu bar, select Scheduling > Manage Schedule. The Manage Schedule screen displays.
- From the Manage Schedule screen, select the Excel icon at the top right corner of the Schedule table. The Upload WorkSchedules popup displays.
- If you do not have the sample file yet, select the Sample File hyperlink to download the sample file.
- Save and open the downloaded sample Excel file.
- Create the schedule for employee(s) by entering the following details in individual rows:
- Employee Name
- Position
- Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Break Type
- Break Start
- Break End
- Store
- Save the updated Excel file.
- Now from the same Upload WorkSchedules popup, select Choose File. The system displays the file manager window of your computer.
- Browse and select the updated schedule Excel file from your computer.
- Select Open.
- Select Upload. The application uploads the updated file and displays the status.
This completes importing schedules for your employees. You can now modify the newly imported schedule as needed.
